History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born into a rich family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Paggen will drive conversation. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Paggen hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Paggen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
