History: Elama lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Ugarth was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Nedda enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Namfoodle is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
