Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thorpe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now owns his own business.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull black iron scale mail. Her long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are green and beady.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and balancing her hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Description: He has a missing left leg. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. His hair, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise white.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Forcas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Forcas decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man has the majority of his body covered in plate. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He stands about 5'8" and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His blue hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Bathin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His tied-back hair is chestnut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Shipwright soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Three lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and wants to work out more often

Description: Standing 6'4", this man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He uses divination through singing.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Qemuel took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Cumpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants her loneliness to end
