Description: This late middle aged man is dressed in an above average manner and is in decent physical shape. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Sarah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Valafar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born to a Barber, his father struggled to pay the bills. Valafar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Valafar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

She is renowned for her bright white dresses and hats. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Junk Dealer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Heskan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heskan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
