History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many dire rats want her driven away

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His yellow fur is thinning but still full. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Serpent hails from a village terrorized by giants. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Serpent was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and further expansion of business

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She sports a flattop hair cut. She is baby faced.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She is a Seamstress first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Eida was born the youngest of three triplets. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
