Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. She wears a green cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to protect her home

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears suspenders and white workpants. Her shirt is green, and she wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has no hair. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kansif grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kansif fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Spice Merchant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: She is fixated on the number 69. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Bricklayer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
