Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: He was born in the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
