History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Elaim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: Gubu hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Sannl was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sannl's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Sannl never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He keeps his long yellow fur kept up in a rat tail. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep copper.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Carpenter, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and further expansion of business

Description: This light-skinned male wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Thamior liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This younger middle-aged man tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has a very tight haircut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Aerdeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born to a Map Maker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oriax grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
