Description: She stands about 4'10" and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. After months of barely getting by, Hatae managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Argran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sai with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are green.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born in the south to a Unemployed, Bolhild learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Slave Trader, but she was a colossal failure. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Shaena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Gifted from a young age, Rael studied abroad. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Farmer born in the past three hundred years. He takes great joy in being the best Farmer in town.
History: He got into the Farmer business at a young age. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He struck the Farmer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Theobald is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
