History: Born in the west to a Sellsword, Ilanis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ilanis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Kite is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kite fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Spy job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and doesn't want to be a brewer and was forced into it by her family

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it
