Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

History: Umpen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the east. Jebeddo was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
