Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A 4'11" southern man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When Arannis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Elven compassion.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He takes great joy in being the best Tanner in town.
History: Fonkin hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up work as a Tanner and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and seeks redemption

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: The child of a Healer, who enjoyed hunting, Tawna was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Tawna took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor she uses now. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This malnourished woman tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Oppah would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
