Description: A 2'11" northern man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a red coat. He has moderate length black hair. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hamil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Hamil and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Baelitae was born with her mother's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Vepar will drive conversation. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She usually wears her pastel robe and has her scythe always slung over her shoulder. Her white fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are green.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Cask was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a fancy tan dress. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and balancing her hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fivin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

Description: He wears dull black sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. He is portly but not overly obese. His black hair is cut short. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Az-Bror hails from a village terrorized by orcs. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he wants revenge against orcs
