Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kairon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kairon. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Unvera hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Fallond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Hunter hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Xanaphia was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: She is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Tailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
