History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lagazi grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Tippletoe was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: He was born in the north. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Seamstress job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ombul will drive conversation. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
