Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is dressed in earthy colors with a pastel and brown handkerchief worn on his left side. He has dyed his greying yellow fur a little too much giving a sharp yellow color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are yellow.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Locksmith. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Locksmith responsibilities is difficult; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: 3'6" and muscular, this eastern man very much looks the part of a Tailor. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Born in the east to a Tailor, Sindri learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He sports a flattop hair cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: A 6'8" northern woman, she is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She has styled her black crest well, parting it to the left. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Daar never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

History: She was born in the west. Jacoba was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jacoba decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Salasar hails from a village terrorized by giants. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
