Description: 6'7" and muscular, this northern man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His black crest, when down, is lengthy. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Barber. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has achieved small success as a Barber.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. She keeps her long gray fur kept up in a rat tail. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Smoking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and gnomish compassion

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theren grew up listening to his father's many stories. Theren liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
