History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Ishte was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ishte's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
