Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a pickaxe on her belt. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady copper eyes.
Personality: Shifting hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His red fur is still thick. His yellow eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cask grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Mreksh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

She carries with her a set of glaives on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tight fitting pastel shirt and pants, and is pretty ugly. His gray fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are likewise yellow. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. After coming to the age of reason, Pelt took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
