History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A 6'9" western man, he wears bulky black painted plate armor. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are black and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Paymon was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Adran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vondal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs.

Description: 5'3" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Meriele embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
