When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. Chad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chad decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Jane was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jane's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
