History: Eloise was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Fragrant was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Fragrant's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
