Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Baradad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Broce embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Broce and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mara. She has worked as a Barrister like her mother before her.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is greedy

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

History: Jak was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
