His clothes are grease stained in places. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a sickle and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to unite with her sister

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Kristryd hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kristryd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To unite with her brother.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She got into the Knight business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Carter, but she got bored and became a Knight. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: She stands about 4'7" and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length orange fur. She has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Doctor profession.
History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Right-Handed was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Right-Handed took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and expand her business

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Ida and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new ploughman responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born in the east to a Doctor, Amûg learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Amûg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.
