History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Shivering was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with grey slacks. She has styled her blonde hair well, parting it to the right. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is a great chef.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

History: She got into the Map Maker business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Meriele took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and balancing her hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tawar studied abroad. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
