Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Cairn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Spring enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born in the north. Spring was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Ploughman. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Grai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Doctor. She's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Locksmith father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elysande fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and to get a good night's sleep

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Cairn took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Vassago was taken on many hunting expeditions. Vassago liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Fivin took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Fivin and his spouse have recently divorced.
