Description: She usually wears her pastel robe and has her quarterstaff always slung over her shoulder. She is physically well-built. She has wavy gray fur. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her copper eyes.
Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'2". He wears a white broad hat and white clothes, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hand crossbow. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Borun was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Borun grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Borun. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to settle down with his crush

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ahvain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ahvain. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. After a long history of fighting, Gimurt and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Margery was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Doctor. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Margery fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
