Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Rohesia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: Halander hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
