History: Born to a Fortune-teller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Kilia took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

History: Sindri lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is obsessed with his god.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
