History: Ranala was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Salasar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
