Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to work out more often

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ekk is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Through the years after Theren was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theren's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Butcher like his father before him.
