History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. History: Drifting was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Drifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Drifting. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Windy was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sellsword. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
