History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Diggory's homeland. Diggory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she's in love

History: Phann was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Gardener for the past few years.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gomory isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born in the east. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Seraphina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her red hair is matted, messy, and big. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Astaro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Astaro. After months of barely getting by, Astaro managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Sora has worked very hard to control her curse. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a crossbow on his belt. He carries with him a set of crossbows on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His white hair is lengthy. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Uraim wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uraim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in crossbow use. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Uraim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and he desires power and/or immortality
