History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. A true patriot, Gaaki would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gaaki was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ahvain grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gorbundus was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Born to a Sculptor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To protect her home.
