Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Anselm was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.

In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Direcris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a glaive and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: She was born in the south. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born in the east. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
