Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Burto isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her scimitar with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Masseuse born in the past three hundred years. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She got into the Masseuse business at a young age. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.
