History: Jacoba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
