History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This western man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has white hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Damakos was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Damakos has worked very hard to control his curse. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He is in excellent shape and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Fabien is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fabien grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fabien. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fabien fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a yellow tunic with green highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has moderate length red hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bather born in the past three hundred years. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Fulbar was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Glassblower. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
