Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is dressed in earthy colors with a red and green handkerchief worn on his right side. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sumnes was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

His hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his top red hat.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oblar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Nicor was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Windy enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Windy reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to brigands.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Laucian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.
