Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Sun learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has worked as a Guard like his father before him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Claira embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: He was born into a rich family. He worked as a nervous Bounty Hunter and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Bounty Hunter.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing his hectic life and new bounty hunter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Oskar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a simple blue robe with red stripes complete with hood. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Tawar was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Tawar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to end her boredom
