Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gifted student she started as a Fletcher, but she got bored and became a Spice Merchant. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to reunite with his old friends
