After coming to the age of reason, Hethress took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has worked as a Stableman like his mother before him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her white eyes.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Bryseis is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
