History: The child of a Weaver, who enjoyed hunting, Skirt was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born in the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Charles is a bit of a follower.
