Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ownka alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Syllin was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Mordai lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Nithther speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Xappan isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Xappan was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

Through the years after Smoking was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Smoking's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
