History: She was born at the edge of vast island. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Matilda took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She tends to her Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. During her travels, Malquis and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Malquis discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Malquis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a armorer and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is very fat, and prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Nutae was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Apothecary.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Quick was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Trail wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has worked as a Apothecary like her mother before her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Healer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Performer, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and an old rival family wants her found
