History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Zook has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Zook was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bather arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
