History: He comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balimaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Dara was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: He was born in a small forest village. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Menny wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Tarhun was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Jillian took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
