Description: An older woman who wears a tan armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down, she is not a threatening figure. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Burana isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Fortune-teller soon after.

She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Seebo enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He bought a axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
