History: Thorin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Thorin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He got into the Body Guard business at a young age. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up work as a Body Guard and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gilkass was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Hunter, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Glim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
