Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vaina embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Vaina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Vaina and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Beiro has worked very hard to control his curse. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
